Our product page 442hz.com has a new look – and a new role! Until now, 442plus.com was our public product page, while 442hz.com served exclusively as a login area for users. From now on, both are combined: 442Hz.com is now your central hub for product information and login.
As of July 1, 2025, 442plus GmbH and 432 GmbH have merged to form the new 432 AG (in formation). The merger brings stability, continued development, and remains 100% owner-managed. A new addition: our long-time developer Raphael Honegger becomes a shareholder and member of the management board. For you, nothing changes: contracts remain valid, the team and the 442hz.com software continue unchanged. New: invoices and official documents will now be issued by 432 AG.

As part of the German Orchestra Conference, our first 442hz.com user meeting took place in Berlin. Users from ensembles and festivals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland took the opportunity for an in-depth exchange about new features and presented their questions to the 442hz.com team. From scheduling and event organization to ticketing, many topics were discussed. After this successful pilot, we are already planning the next user meeting – this time in Switzerland.
Our Hotel Tool was completely redesigned in 2024 and comes with many new features: creating room categories (e.g. single, double, junior suite), entering room rates, target vs. actual cost comparison, convenient room allocation, as well as flexible adjustment and expansion of existing reservation groups. Together with our users, we are now gathering experience in order to implement further improvements in the coming months – a great example of the continuous development of our tools.
The Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra has successfully completed its first auditions with the jointly developed Academy Tool – a 442Hz.com solution already in use by the Lucerne Festival Academy and the Menuhin Festival Gstaad Academy.
The challenge: scheduling 500 applicants in just 3 days in one city. And repeating this several times across dozens of cities.
